These consultations will include nutritional, herbal, dietary and lifestyle education.

Complete Holistic Nutrition and Herbal consultation package - $225
This includes the following 3 consultations
1. Initial consultation:
This session will last approximately 1 hour - $75
This one-time initial appointment includes an evaluation of your health history, lifestyle, dietary habits and other related information necessary for helping with your health goals. This will also allow me to understand your health conditions, stressors and you as a person in order to better evaluate your health and provide appropriate recommendations. Simple lifestyle and nutrition recommendations will be provided in this initial consultation.
2. Nutritional Consultation
This session will last approximately 1 hour - $75
Based on the Initial assessment session, a written Nutrition program tailored to meet your unique health goals will be provided. You will also be recommended highest quality nutritional supplements that is unique to you that helps with your health goals and also encourages your body’s natural healing response.
3. Herbal Consultation
This session will last approximately 1 hour - $75
Based on the Initial assessment session, a written herbal program tailored to meet your unique health conditions will be provided with recommended highest quality herbs that encourages your body’s natural healing response.
ADDITIONAL CONSULTATIONS
This session will last approximately 40 minutes - $50
These additional follow up sessions will be recommended based on individual needs and support as required.
THERAPEUTIC SUPPLEMENTS AND HERBS
These may be recommended based on the individual needs and you may purchase from the list of recommended stores (or) through www.npscript.com (or) from any stores of your choice.
